Shipping Information
Estimated Delivery Times
Every item at Intuitive Art Stories is created individually and made to order with care. Because of this, fulfillment may take a little longer — but it also means each piece is created especially for you.
- Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days
- Shipping generally adds an additional 3–10 business days
- Holiday periods (especially Black Friday through New Year’s Eve) may require additional time
- We cannot guarantee delivery for a specific date
Lost Packages
Once a package has shipped, the shipping carrier becomes responsible for delivery. Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.
If you believe everything was entered properly and your package appears lost, please contact us with your order number and details. We will always do our best to help within our limited ability.
Tracking Information
Not all products include tracking numbers. A single order may contain some items with tracking and some without.
If you receive a tracking link, it only applies to the products specifically listed within that tracking information. A missing tracking number for part of your order does not necessarily indicate that anything is wrong.

Providing Proof of Your Claim
Whenever possible, we strongly recommend recording the unpacking of your shipment. Video is often the best proof that any damage did not occur after delivery.
Before-and-after unboxing photos, along with clear pictures of the arrived product, are also very helpful in most situations.
Damage — 7 Days
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days.*
If the situation can be verified, we will do our best to replace the item free of charge.
Manufacturing Defects — 30 Days
We offer a 30-day* guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Please provide any available proof of the issue. Defects are extremely rare, but if the situation can be verified, we will do our best to replace the item free of charge.
Returns — 30 Days ($)
We offer a 30-day* return window without requiring a reason, subject to:
- a 20% restocking fee, and
- return shipping costs at your expense.
Because all products are made to order and we do not maintain inventory, it is unfortunately not possible for us to offer unrestricted returns.
Incorrect Size
If you received a different size than the one you ordered, we will exchange it free of charge.
If we request the item be returned as proof, it must be in pristine condition.**
Once received and confirmed, a replacement item will be sent.
Other Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any other circumstances.*
Incomplete or Incorrect Address
If the shipping address entered at checkout was incomplete or incorrect (for example, a missing apartment number), and the package must be reshipped, a new standard shipping fee will apply.
We will always contact you first with the details before proceeding.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are generally not offered* unless exchanging the item is impossible or would serve no practical purpose.
Out of Policy Requests
We always try to work thoughtfully and fairly with our customers whenever possible. However, exchanges or refunds cannot be offered after 30 days or outside the policies described above.
